Note that when using PayPal as a payment method, only the then-current default shipping method is available.

Products qualifying for Complimentary Shipping will be identified with "FedEx Express 2nd Day". If you select a shipping method other than FedEx Express 2nd Day, shipping charges may apply.

When will my order be shipped? 

If your order was placed between Monday and Thursday it will be shipped the same day or the day after. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 2:30PM PST, the order may be shipped the same day; if shipped after 2:30PM PST, it will be shipped on Monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped. 

AG Jeans does not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or on the following company-observed holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

In observance of the Easter holiday, our office and warehouse will be closed on Friday, April 18. The cutoff for all orders, including overnight shipments, will be Thursday, April 17 at 2:30PM PST. Shipping operations will resume Monday, April 21 for all orders received past the cut-off time.

NOTE: For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review. On rare occasions, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order.

What's the status of my order? How do I track my order?

Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time by visiting our Order Status page. Once an order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail that will contain your tracking information.

How can I update my shipping address?

Prior to placing your order, you can update your shipping address at any time from your My Account page.  If you need to change your shipping address after you placed an order, we may or may not be able to change your shipping address depending on whether the order has shipped.  Please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you another e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

What's the difference between "Order Date" and "Ship Date"?

It's important to note that "Order Date" and "Ship Date" are not the same. For example, if you place an order on Friday at 2:30PM PST, your package will not ship until after the weekend. When you place an order, you'll see an "Estimated Ship Date" on the order page. In some cases this does not necessarily mean two days after you placed the order. Although most orders are shipped the same or next day, please take weekends and holidays into account when considering the shipping date.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

If I send my package as a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?

No.  The package will contain a packing list but will not show the price you paid for the gift. 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Domestic U.S. orders with merchandise that is unwashed, unworn, and unused may be exchanged or returned for a refund to the original form of payment within 30 days from the date of receipt, unless otherwise marked as FINAL SALE*. All original product tags must be attached and in their original condition. Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted and will be returned to the shipper.

In certain limited cases—such as returns due to a rare defect—we may, at our sole discretion, authorize a return beyond the 30-day window. These returns, if approved, will be eligible for store credit only.

Please allow 7–10 business days for return processing once your items have been delivered at our facility.

*FINAL SALE POLICY

Merchandise discounted 40% or more from the original retail price are Final Sale. All promotional sale items identified as “Final Sale” are FINAL, no exchanges or returns. Final Sale Promo prices are subject to change at any time during the Redemption Period. During the Redemption Period, discount will occur online and in AG Jeans Stores automatically during checkout. Final Sale Promo discounts will only apply to merchandise retail price(s) before taxes and any applicable shipping charges. No price adjustments on previous purchases. Quantities are limited, no rainchecks. Final Sale Promo may not be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion at time of redemption. Final Sale Promo is subject to change or cancellation at any time with or without notice.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

International orders with merchandise that is unwashed, unworn, and unused may be returned for refund to the original form of payment within 30 days from the date of your receipt of your order unless they are labeled FINAL SALE*. All original tags must be attached. Return rates and fees for International Orders will vary. No exchanges are available for international orders. For international orders, please follow return instructions found here.

DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY (Shipped with the Continental U.S.)

1. Print a prepaid FedEx return label

   To begin your return or exchange process and create a prepaid FedEx label, use our interactive returns portal. If you decide to use the prepaid label, a $10.00 fee will be deducted from your refund total at the time of processing. If we are responsible for sending the wrong item or the item sent was defective, we will not deduct the $10.00 fee and any shipping charges you may have paid for expedited shipping will be refunded to you.

*Please note, you will not be charged the $10.00 Fedex return fee if: (i) you choose to exchange your product or receive a Gift Card instead of a refund; or (ii) you return the product by selecting the “Ship on My Own” option.

2. Prepare your package

   It is recommended that customers use the original box that the shipment came in and include the packing slip..

3. Ship it

   Secure the shipping label to the package making sure no other tracking labels are visible and drop it off at your nearest stand-alone FedEx location or an approved third-party Fedex drop-off location.

All products must be returned in their original condition, with tags still attached.

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item for a different size, please follow our return process as outlined above and select “Exchange.” Choose the item that you wish to exchange for and complete the order.  Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship the exchanged product to you. What happens next?

We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Returns with complete documentation receive priority. Please note that if the return process is not followed, AG is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.

Online Purchases

You can return online orders in-store within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. Some items, like final sale or personalized products, can't be returned in-store.

We currently offer tailoring services only for orders purchased directly in-store. Our tailoring services are not available for online orders.

Returning items purchased as a gift

If you are returning a gift you received from a purchase made from this website, please contact our Customer Service Team.  Please note we reserve the final approval on all Returns and Exchanges.

Returns policy on customized products

All sales for customized products are final and not returnable. Please also note that you do not have a statutory cancellation right for customized products. If you purchased a customized product online and it is damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service Team.
