SHIPPING

What is your holiday shipping policy?

Complimentary 2-day shipping is offered for all online purchases shipping to the U.S. Shipping surcharges on oversized or bulk purchases may apply.

Complimentary and expedited shipping only applies to the conterminous United States (48 States plus the District of Columbia), excluding P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Daily cut-offs for the holidays

To guarantee a timely arrival, orders placed by 10am PST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10am PST will be shipped the following business day.

To help ensure delivery before Christmas Day within the 48 contiguous United States, please refer to the guidelines below.

RETURNS

Extended returns policy

Purchases made between November 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 qualify for our extended returns policy. Returns or exchanges for these orders must be initiated by January 31st, 2025.

Refund credit

You will see the credit once the return is processed. Return process may take up to 2 weeks due the high volume of orders during to the holiday season. There may be delays in return due to the weather. If you have any inquiries regarding your return, please contact customer service.

Promotional sale products are subject to limited returns and/or exchanges, as more specifically detailed in our Return Policy. 


How do I return an order?

  1. Print a prepaid FedEx return label To begin your return or exchange process and create a prepaid FedEx label, use our interactive returns portal. Please refer to our return policy for more information.
  2. Prepare your package It is recommended that customers use the original box that the shipment came in and include the packing slip.
  3. Ship it by securing the shipping label to the package making sure no other tracking labels are visible and drop it off at your nearest stand-alone FedEx location or an approved third-party FedEx drop-off location.
  4. All products must be returned in their original condition, with tags still attached.

GIFT RETURN/EXCHANGES

Promotional sale products are subject to limited returns and/or exchanges, as more specifically detailed in our Return Policy.

We gladly accept gift returns and exchanges within the allotted extended return policy. If you received a gift you would like to exchange or receive for store credit, contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.

EXCHANGES

How do I exchange an order?

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season, the standard processing time will be delayed. It may take up to 2-3 weeks for your exchange to completely process. If you would like your item to arrive sooner, please place an order for your desired item and initiate a return. Refer to How Do I return an order? section to initiate an exchange.
