Day 1
The first day of eTail was packed with excitement! It's always great to get the chance to network with colleagues and discuss new and innovative ways to move the needle forward. Kicking off an early morning with hot coffee, I hit the road to Palm Springs, ready for three days of non-stop events. After checking in to the event, I spent most of the morning attending insightful summit sessions, and even went to listen to fellow team member, Milos, as he spoke at a panel.
The afternoon is when things really picked up, and the day became more of an adrenaline-boosting, hands-on learning experience. To close out the day, the event put together a small gathering for attendees. The night was filled with vibrant energy, dancing, networking, and fun-themed keepsakes to make Day One memorable.

Day 2
Things really kicked off on Day Two. It was a whirlwind of learning, networking, and great food. I started the morning by attending several insightful panel sessions. By lunchtime, I was eager to eat delicious food, relax, and participate in fun activities.
After lunch, I learned more about different business models and listened to discussions on customer retention and loyalty.
As the evening rolled in, I joined my co-workers for an offsite dinner, where we met other professionals and engaged in inspring conversations. The night continued with dinner, where I enjoyed an incredible meal featuring seafood and steak. Before returning to my hotel, I stopped to mingle with new and familiar faces before finally calling it a night.

Day 3
It's the last day of eTail 2025. I started the morning by running… to different panel sessions filled with insightful and engaging discussions. By the afternoon, I needed some wine - just kidding! But I did get the chance to attend a wine-and-dine luncheon, where I gained insights into a new business model while enjoying a yummy meal.
After wrapping up the last of the sessions, I took some time to catch up on work. Realizing how hot it was, I swapped my blazer for a lighter button-up before heading to one last final dinner. The evening was filled with meaningful conversations, a delicious meal, and wonderful company. As the event ended, I reflected on an amazing and successful eTail West experience.
Until next time!
