FREE 2-DAY SHIPPING ON ALL U.S. ORDERS
Complimentary 2-day shipping is offered for all online purchases shipping to the U.S. Shipping surcharges on over-sized or bulk purchases may apply. Complimentary and expedited shipping only applies to the conterminous United States (48 States plus District of Columbia), excluding P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Note that when using PayPal as a payment method, only the then-current default shipping method is available.
Products qualifying for Complimentary Shipping will be identified with "FedEx Express 2nd Day". If you select a shipping method other than Fedex Express 2nd Day, shipping charges may apply.

What's the status of my order? How do I track my order?
Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time by visiting our Order Status page. Once an order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail that will contain your tracking information.
How can I update my shipping address?
Prior to placing your order, you can update your shipping address at any time from your My Account page. If you need to change your shipping address after you placed an order, we may or may not be able to change your shipping address depending on whether the order has shipped. Please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance
When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?
If your order was placed between Monday and Thursday it will be shipped the same day or the day after. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 2:30PM PST, the order may be shipped the same day; if shipped after 2:30PM PST, it will be shipped on Monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped. Prior to checking out, you will see several estimated arrival dates, depending on the type of shipping you select.
NOTE: For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review. On rare occasions, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you another e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
What's the difference between "Order Date" and "Ship Date"?
It's important to note that "Order Date" and "Ship Date" are not the same. For example, if you place an order on Friday at 2:30PM PST, your package will not ship until after the weekend. When you place an order, you'll see an "Estimated Ship Date" on the order page. In some cases this does not necessarily mean two days after you placed the order. Although most orders are shipped the same or next day, please take weekends and holidays into account when considering the shipping date.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
If I send my package as a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?
No. The package will contain a packing list but will not show the price you paid for the gift.
